Thanks again for the support you’ve provided each other over the years. We remain committed to supporting you in other ways throughout your cancer journey.

Marathon

I ran a full marathon (RocknRoll) in San Diego 2 weeks ago to honor my two wives( 2010 and 2016) that faced their mortality with courage, faith, and diligence. I wore their (wedding) rings around my neck, and dedicated "For Bonnie" on my runners bib.

Never had run a full marathon before, dang near killed me-lol!

But this is how i try to move forward, don't regret it, but won't run another again.
