Great news everyone. My cancer is now in the undetectable range. In February of this year, right after I learned that the cancer had metastasized to my spine and hips, I started on ADT therapy and received my first Lupron injection. At the time, my PSA was 6.6. Now it's less than 0.1 which to me is a stunning turn of events. Judging from some of the other posts in this forum, I expected a very slight decrease but nothing so dramatic. Let's hope we're able to keep it this way for a long, long time. |

Glad
to read that your PSA went down so nicely. Did they image your spine and hips, or will that be left for a later date?

Lupron Results 2
No. We did imaging in January (CT & Whole Body Bone Scans) and I would like to give it a while & get a few more injections before I do any comparative tests. I will certainly push for some new scans in January 2018. That should be OK, right?

Good luck
Good luck Gene, sound like you are on the right path. Keep an eye on the bandit, hopefully it's moved out of the territory.
