Gynecological Oncologist Recommendations/Military Insurance questions?

Can anyone recommend a good gynecological oncologist in the Colorado Springs/Denver area that takes Tricare Standard/Prime?

I have an appointment on Wednesday with my gyn/oncologist, we are moving in May, but I may be going to C. Springs earlier from Florida for treatment purposes.  Does anyone know if my doctor can do a referral to a new gyn oncologist before my husband's orders, so that I can have continuity in treatment?  If the doxil has stopped working, I don't want to move onto a third line of treatment without exploring my clinical trial opportunities first.
