How to see posts by user

Trying to figure out how to see past posts by a user that may have similar situation or drug my husband is on. Suggestions?  I click on user name and can see their bio but not a list of past posts? Thanks in advance.

  Search by users name under Keyword

  Many, but not all of my posts show up that way.
