It seems like it's a never ending battle just staying alive. The Western Pharmaceutical industry manages to release their magic medicinal pills before full testing is completed; what damage they can do often far outweighs the benefits in many cases.

Unfortunately we don't learn about the pitfalls until after the industry has raked in their enormous profit. The few class action lawsuits rarely puts much of a dent in their bottom line.....
