Letrozole or Megace/Tamoxifin Alternating

My current oncologist is thinking I should take a break from chemo and go on Megace /tamoxfin. My second opinion doctor thinks stop the chemo and go on Letrozole. What do you all think?

I'm sorry I can't give you an opinion, Joyce, since I was never offered either one after chemo but I'm sure there's somebody here who has "been there; done that." Maybe Lou Ann??
