Esophageal cancer and dairy products
I did some research on which coutries (or race) have the most people suffering esophageal cancer. That search was not difficult. It is Chinese people by far from others. Then I was thinking what could be the reason behind this. Then I remembered that I heard once about lactose intolerance is the biggest among Asian people. I did a small research and the amount of people that have lactose intolerance in China is by far more than any other country. My question is, did any of you ever tried to stop taking dairy products? And did it have any positive effect?
Pat.
