Colonoscopy for Year 4 NED...and the results are.....

Well guys,
I had my year 4 colonoscopy yesterday and my colon was CLEAN. No pre-cancer cells or pre-cancerous polyps like years 2 and 3. He said my colon was beautiful!
My gastro doctor was over the moon happy for me.
So at this point I can say I WAS s a stage 3b signet cell NOW I am a 4 year NED colon cancer survivor.
He said my next colonoscopy should be 3 years.... now we all know I will probably request in 2 years.
My CEA also has remained under 1.0.
So all the crazy things I do (Organic only, no red meats, exercise, try to reduce stress, focus on things I love to do) I believe really helped.
My hope is my good news will help someone else and maybe brighten their day. I remember early in my treatment I would love to read others good news. It gave me a goal.
I send my best thoughts to all.

Hi Helen,
Thanks - it has been nearly 2 weeks since the news and I am still walking on air.
Nothing bothers me, nothing - it is hilarious.
Just pretending that I'm hearing that. Yeah, it sounds really nice on the ear.
I'm two years behind you in April.
