Well, it looks like my husband is up next in this streak of scans. . . Wednesday.

I think right now I have the opposite of scanxiety. Bizarre calmness.

I don't think I would be able to go through it without the support of you all here.

It has been a very long 18 months and our new normal of living between the scans as I like to refer to it can be very stressfull at times. I'm leaving work early to come home and wait for the scan results. I debated working a full day this time, but I don't want my stress to effect my interactions with my co-workers. I'm a little fiesty when stressed and the awesome teachers I work with don't need my bulls#*t on their plates too.

I'd like to think it's no co-incidence that my husband's best friend's nick name is Ned. . . Thanks for listening.

Well it sounds like you have thought this all through! We will be sitting and waiting along with you. Wishing you the best of results - Ned as your husband's best friend couldn't be a better omen!

Will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers!

Hugs

Jojo

Thanks for the support and for listening to me ramble. Tonight: Still calm and cautiously optimistic for more NED. And grateful for the knowledge here that has me feel prepared no matter what the outcome. I learn so much from you all.

Glad we got the report. He's also got a gallstone to watch. And I learned that pleboliths are not a big deal. Small calcifications in the blood vessels or something.but NED!!!
