Hello Everyone, It has been some time since I've posted. I had a Partial nephrectomy (laproscopic Davinci robotic) 20July11, to remove a 3.9 cm Chromophsobe tumor, grade 2. I had a six month, 1 year, and 3 year CT followup. Last month I had a 3 year ultrasound and all is clear. I am on the fence as to whether to go for a Ultrasound or another CT at year 4, but at year 5 I will get the CT. Each scan year is taxing, but glad all is good so far.

Good News
I'm glad to see good news posts. I'm assuming your tumor was Stage 1 since it was fairly small?
A little confused about your followups. You had a 3 year CT and a 3 year ultrasound both? There was no followup after 2 years? Are your followup CTs with contrast? Just abdomen/pelvis or do they scan the chest? Any followup of your chest like an Xray if they don't do a CT of the chest? Sorry for so many questions. I'm just curious about the different ways we are all being followed.
So happy the scan turned out ok. More of the same to you!
