Missing my dad today. He died 2009. He was a quiet, supportive, caring father.

    I miss my dad too...he died

    I miss my dad too...he died in 1985, so long ago. He was a difficult, complicated, conflicted person and life was easier after he was gone, but somehow, I miss him anyway! Funny, how it's like that.....there is good in everyone and that's the part I miss!

    I'm fortunate

    to still have both my mom and dad.  We will be seeing them for dinner today.  Happy Father's Day to all of the dads out there (and that especially includes those out there who took on the responsibility and stepped in as "dad")!
