I am traveling to San Diego for a sisters' reunion July 10-14th.  Would love to get together for lunch or whatever with anyone in the area?

    Hello,

     I think it is a good call for our S. Ca;ifornia reuninon. I live i Torrance, 15 mile south of LAX. If we can find a place somewhere in the middle more people will be able to attend (several  CSN girls live in San Fernando valley and north of LAX). I hope can find a good date for everyone to see you both and others

    is a good halfway point between me and my Los Angeles friends. It's an hour from north county San Diego and usually an hour for my San Fenando Valley people.

    So, I'm thinking . . . .

    It's California, right?  We can't seem to get our act together up north, but I'm wondering about a "field trip". . . . . I'll stay tuned to see what is planned and maybe I could make it too.  Maybe.

    An hour sounds doable to me.  Let me talk with my sisters, as I am hoping Wendy will drive me.  I have to confess that the California freeways scare me to death! California here I come!!!  So excited!!!

    Wendy has suggested San Juan

    Wendy has suggested San Juan Capistrano. Since she offered to drive , I would like to go where she is most comfortable. Does that sound OK?

    San Juan Capistrano is beautiful. 

    i met your sisters and they're delightful and I hope they all join us. Should they be unavailable, I'm offering to fetch you and drive you. Wendy isn't far from me. So keep that in mind as the planning goes back and forth. I've marked your dates in the calendar and I'll just know one of those days will be a meeting/reunion and it will be wonderful:)

    Since you're our guest, and your sister is kind enough to offer to bring you to us, I definitely think we should go with her suggestion and meet in San Juan Capistrano.

    I'll also add that the San Juan Capistrano train station is right in the center of the historic district, a short walk from Mission San Juan Capistrano and restaurants and coffee shops, which makes it very easy to take Amtrak there, if anyone would prefer not to drive.

    Traci, you're coming too?!  I am sooooo excited.  I would love for everyone to meet my sisters too as 2 are breast cancer survivors and the other had a preventive bilateral mastectomy and years of aromasin.  To me, they are all survivors as they have been through a lot.  :-)  I just can't wait!!!!

    PS Now if the 4 sisters just don't bicker about directions the whole way there. ;-)

    we are excited too

    It has been a long time since we met a big group. It always good when we have a out of state guest especiaaly a living legend like you.
