post radiation secondary angiosarcoma of breast

Hello.  I am new to this site and i already have a deep appreciation for all that it offers.  i am desperate to engage in discussions about angiosarcoma of the breast secondary post radiation.  I am currently taking Votrtriem but with little, if any results have occured, and I have exhausted all other chemo options.  I have a LARGE lesion above my chest wall (outside my body) that is growing and bleeding constantly.  It has gotten so large that I am in fear that I will no longer be a candidate for surgery.  I will be so grateful if anyone could share any information with me that may provide me with some hope.
