Hi, I'm a stage 2b NHL survivor. I was diagnosed in 2007 and had 8 rounds of R-Chop and 35 treatments of mantel radiation. I know the radiation increases our risk of breast cancer by a lot and I am already seeing the changes and starting to have little problems. Has anyone had a preventative double masectomy to reduce your odds of breast cancer? I'm looking for guidance because I'm stronly considering one but I'm scared. Thanks, Kristie |
