02 and running nose, HELP

Husband has had Soft tissue Sarcoma, hip replacement, triple by pass, numberess lymphadema infections. His Dr. is confussed as to what to do about his nose running all the time, it's like a sanomie (?sp) any way there is a lot of OTC meds for this but he can not take them do to the heart problem. Any help????????????????????? I have been care giving for him for 17 years now. Forgot he is on 02. 24/7
