Surgery
All things considered, you will probably find this a piece of cake. We're so lucky to live in a time when we can have such minimally invasive surgery. Do take care afterwards. Your outsides will look pretty undIsturbed but that doesn't mean your innards just need band aids. You want to let yourself heal well. I'll be sending good vibes your way. Get in touch when you can.

Aren't you glad the day is almost here and you'll know exactly where things stand afterwards and you can move on with your life?
I was nervous about the surgery...I hate hospitals, but it was a whirlwind in and out of surgery. They were very attentive before surgery which helped my anxiety. I felt great right afterwards when I woke up...probably major relief it was over and the cancer was out of me!
The only drawback was my face was super swollen as they position for that surgery with your upper body down. Not a pretty sight!
Best of luck! Like Connie said take care afterwards no matter how good you feel. It takes time to heal.

Just wanted to say I hope you'll be settling in at home today and that your surgery went well. Be gentle with yourself.
