A close friend of mine who is not on CSN is starting a phase 1 clinical trial next week at University of Kansas.  Here's the description:  this is a phase 1 trial of the combination of irinotecan and BKM120 in patients with advanced colorectal cancer who have failed on or have become intolerant of at least one line of therapy for advanced colorectal cancer and who are candidates for irinotecan therapy.  

BKM120 is a P13K inhibitor.  If you want more info, the www.clinicaltrials.gov identifier is NCT01304602.  

Has anyone heard of this clinical trial or this drug?
