    Zofran and Lomotil help a

Zofran and Lomotil help a lot!    I ate a lot of Ginger and ginger tea.  They help ease the stomach turbulance. Oatmeal, oatmeal cookies, are easy to digest and slow down the bowel.   Bananas helped with the depleted feeling.

Ask your doc before your next chemo, if they can add an anti nasusea med. It does help the overall nausea. (The nausea med makes me a little nauseated during the IV, but helps when I go home.)

Feel Better!   We are sending our thoughts and prayers.

    Best Always,  mike
