chemo treatments

So I have had 4 treatments so far and no problems with chemo, but I am with the after effects.  I have to switch to the everyday neupogen shot because Neulasta was giving me problems.  I have had low potassium so have had to do two potassium infusions plus I am on oral potassium pills at home.  My hemogloblin was low so I had to have a blood transfusion.  Other than those problems I am doing good.  My appetite is fairly good am sleeping good.  Constipation is finally regulating between Miralax and laxatives.  How is everyone else doing.

    Hi Chris

Those chemo side effects can be a real pain in the you-know-what, but I'm glad you are able to manage them, with help.  I am very fortunate that my last chemo treatment was just over two years ago but I remember some of the side effects like it was yesterday.  I hope and pray that your next chemo treatments go smoothly.

    Hugs,

    Kelly
