I have researched TMZ and see that is was approved for glioblastoma brain tumors ... did the biposy you had indicate that your brain lesions were secondary colorectal mets or other primary tumors?  As you know, my husband also has had a recent discovery of brain mets and I am interested in you being offerred TMZ.  I am glad that you are having few side effects and going to Hawaii! As someone who is still looking at snow ... now that sounds like treating yourself right. :)

               I know a little about brain tumours (actually I know way too much) has your husband had RT? or Gamma knife?
