Inravascular B Cell Lymphoma

My mom was diagnosed with Intravascular Lymphoma. I am on the discssion board for Lymphoma but her cancer is more of a Leukemia. It is in the blood. Her Chemo is R-CVP. If she gets stronger they will switch to R-CHOP.
She has had a problem after her first treatment with SIADH, Syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion. Her sodium levels dropped very low which made her very sick.
I was wondering if anyone has had this problem. Thank you.
