OT - Today is our anniversary

Today my husband and I are celebrating our 47th anniversary. I can not believe that we have been together so long....it seems like only yesterday when we married. He is the love of my life and was my support during my treatment.

We went out for lobster dinner and then overdosed on dessert...lol.

    congrats....

    We are going on 28yrs (June) and when people hear that...they say (sadly) wow...most don't stay together any more..


    no minority staying married ...sad to say

    That is just wonderful!!! Congrats and I am so glad that you shared this happy news. BTW, we are 11/23 and will be 48 years this year. I always say, when asked how we have stayed together so long, that it is just the perfect blend of neuroses...lol. ;-). What was the dessert? I am personally pulling for cheese cake :-).

    The dessert was
    chocolate melting cake with vanilla ice cream and rasberry sauce.
