normal cea levels and chemo

does anyone know if cea levels are normal will they stop the planned chemo or do they continue on, thanks

    Just posted this on your other thread. They continue until your treatment cycle is done as those levels are not always a good indicator.

    The objective of Chemo is to keep the body at a certain toxicity to kill/slow cancer growth for a period of time. Usually 6 months.

    My last numbers were close
    My last numbers were close to normal but I am continuing chemo... Folfox6 I am on treatment #8 of 12... I'll be done in January!
