Thanx so much for the inquiry, that means much to me--and others. !
Since last time... I had two brain mets surgically removed this time, radial surgery later, and radial surgery next thursday (one grew from a pea to a marble). But....the original LC in lung and lymps are NED !!!
I am good, I hope others can get inspiration from us, I am going on 2+ years with stage 4 and brain mets, and others are more years!, LC and the mets are not as important these days. At first a big, big deal, not as much anymore.
"It is what it is", I am preparing for life on the other side, much better!
We may be one of those that last on earth a long, long time, you and the docs just dont know !!
Florida here I come, trying to get a month's worth (with not much money!!!)
Was so glad when Lori started this thread. I was thinking of putting your picture on a milk carton or papering Northville. So glad to hear that the primary is NED, now I hope you can get rid of that last mets. My onco just put me on the six month ct schedule. Tumors have shrunk or been stable now for more than two years. Not bad for someone who was supposed to be dead more than a year ago.
Hope that you can spend a whole month in Florida. The month of February is shorter and colder. That would be my choice. State campgrounds and privately owned campgrounds are the cheapest. How's the back?
Yeah, primary in lung and lymps good--on 4 month CAT scans, head still two months-MRI. They catch it early, which is real good. SRS radiation on Thursday to head. Back is pretty good with Khypoplasty, for now as good as it's gonna get!! Thanx for asking.

Great that you can find enjoyment. I'm in the other corner of our great nation: Seattle. The Pacific Northwest is actually a lot like Florida during the summer season, which is August. Rick.
