12 years later - side effects from pelvic radiation/menopause

hi! I had cervical cancer 12 years ago and had radiation - external and brachytherapy. was on HRT for a number of years then the oncologist took me off it. I have a very shortened vagina and just lately the external skin is starting to feel as if it is really dry and very uncomfortable. any ideas as to what I can use?
thanks! Robyn [I am in Australia and can find no online support here in my own country!!]
