This new hormonal medicine had been approved by the FDA on the 31 of August 2012.
The Medivation (company that developed it) offers financial assistance for Xtandi to American residents.
I am not an American and don't have the right to this assistance.
May be some American patient would help me buy it?

Sorry of your conditions, but if your not in a study or you are not going a major clinic, its hard to get. I'm on Zytiga for 9 months and keeping my psa at 0.2. My doctor at MD Anderson cancer center is looking to move me to MDV3100 by the first of the year. I do know that the psa has to be above 3.0 to get on the trials. They will have to take me off of Zytiga and let my psa rise. Which makes no sense!!!
Casodex was a bad drug to me, It made me very sick and did not stop my prostate cancer monster!
See about Zytiga, you might be able to get this drug. It works!
Good luck and God bless

Legal Liability
Although there may be someone who'd like to help you I don't think anyone should risk the legal liabilities to do so.
First, the drug would require a prescription and the person buying the drug would have to get one from his physician.
Second, in the US, it is illegal to give (or distribute) prescription drugs prescribed for you to another person (or persons),even someone related to you living in your house.
The state and federal penalties for such illegal activity can be substantial in terms of jail time and fines.
So, if you want to get the drug, you'll need to take residence in the US and get a doctor to prescribe it for you.
Good luck!

RE: Legal Liability
I will have prescription, there is no problem with it.
If someone is willing to give me several pills, prescribed to me by a doctor,
what's wrong with it?
Can you provide the link to the law, prohibiting it?
Also in order to persecute, someone has to complain.
In this case, complaining is in no one's interest.

Zytiga
Can't you get Zytiga, I don't think there that big of differents between the two????
That medicine is very expensive drug like Zytiga. I would not give one pill up!! For one month its over $7,000.00 usd.

RE: Zytiga
I may opt for Zytiga, because it is cheaper.
But the two drugs are different.
Zytiga works by stopping testosterone production.
Xtandi does not lower testosterone, it prevents the cancer using it, by blocking the androgen receptors.
The Medivation has great financial assistance program to american residents, they give it free to uninsured patients with poor income.

Felix,
This drug is new, none of us can just buy it across the counter. When we go in for a shot it is a very rigid affair. They do not leave this sitting around.
You might do well to try someone in Mexico. They are a little less stringent. No way anyone in the U.S. can get it for you. I am sorry.

You ask for a Source!
That's the only way you can get that drug, and look at your condition which is bad. I don't thing you can get Zytiga without it being Metastasis.
