Getting through those nights

Hi Loves... I know I've mentioned my method for getting through those long nights before, but since we have so many new faces on board, I thought I'd throw it out again. I load up my MP3 player with audiobooks and it's my constant companion when I trying to get to sleep or when I wake up in middle of the night. You can't get those intrusive thoughts and listen to a story at the same time. Fall asleep and miss something... just start the story over. You can purchase audiobooks or download them free from your library. I hopes this helps. ((((HUGS)))) Maria

So nice to hear from you! I love ebooks, also.
love, Maria
I agree with Mwee. I listen to audio books when icannot go to sleep. Often in the morning I wake up and the tape is finished and I have gone to sleep. Then I have to backtrack and find out where I left off. Gets your mind off your problems. I go to my doctors next week to find out the results of my Cscan....
