Will be praying...
Tom and Holly -
I look forward to seeing our posts after surgery is over and all is said and done. My surgery is scheduled for Monday, the 20th. Hopefully I will be out of the hospital by the 23rd. I will be praying for both of you.
Holly... hang in there. From everything I have read on this site, it appears that most of these surgeries go very well. Here's to smooth surgery, speedy healing and cancer free bodies!
Blessings,
Cheryl -

May the path reports show cancer is contained, and grade 1, and may there be no complications in the recovery -

Cheryl, Tom & Holly,
It is natural to be anxious about the surgery but know that you are not alone in your respective journeys. You have already found a wonderful source of information and support here. Please keep us in the loop as the 20th and 23rd pass.
Keep the faith,
John -

Thinking of you Holly and Tom you edge toward the big day. Only yesterday it seems I was counting down the days. Medicine is amazing these days, you will be in well informed and highly trained hands. Good luck, Mel
May the 23rd come quickly and be a blessing. Have a speedy recovery.

Well,
Hello everyone. Its been awhile, but I thought I would check in. Everyone on this board was invaluable when things spun out of control in the spring of 2012.
Holly is pretty much back to normal. She has not had any real side effects from the removal of the kidney.
On Monday, she had her annual scan and we get to meet with the oncologist next week.
We will continue to pray for everyone on this board.
God is good.
