I didn't know this existed, but it's a great resource! You input info about yourself, your diagnosis and your treatment, and it generates a custom plan with notes on what and when to check for side effects and other physical effects. I wanted to share it in case it helps anyone else.

    I tried this link but it stopped taking info after 3rd page, it says page 3 of 7 and then there was no continue button. I tried using my ipad, may be it is a browser problem, i will try using other computer.

    Where you able to generate info?

    Yes, it worked for me
    I was on an iPad too but it's probably worth trying on a computer. Hope you can get it to work!
