I wanted to buy a Colon Cancer Wristband in support of cancer, Anyway my Question is do any stores like Walmart, Sportsmen or any stores like that sell Cancer Wristbands? I know that I can find them online and I have found a couple places. but I just wanted to look in stores first before I ordered one and I was just wondering if any stores Sell Cancer Wristbands? Would a sporting Store be my best chance? |

The (chemo) treatment room
The (chemo) treatment room where I had everything done had the bracelets in all the different colors representing the different cancers. They were free.

Hello and welcome. I
Hello and welcome. I purchased some from the Colon Cancer Alliance (website- www.ccalliance.org). I chose to do that to actually support the cause since every dollar raised goes toward research and prevention and awareness. Remember, buying them at Walmart or some random store doesn't really benefit anyone but the store. Save the gas and time driving to a store and buy ten or twenty of them and hand them out. That's what I did and really got people talking about it. Give them to the nurses or friends that come to visit your aunt and know that you are possibly saving a life for every person that thinks about getting checked.
Best of luck to your aunt, take care.

Bracelets and more
You can get them from CCA. They also have blue star pins, including one that says "survivor" on it. You might want to get that one for your aunt. I've been wearing mine every day in March. (This month is colorectal cancer awareness month in the US.)
