We got back the rest of his test results today and the cancer hasnt spread! Yay!
We went on our vacation and it was nice, there were times when we forgot he had cancer for hours! :) Now we are back and only 3 days until his surgery. Has anybody else had experience with what he is having done ; using leg bone to rebuild jaw and graft from wrist for inside cheek, graft from thigh to cover arm and the "flap"surgery(cut from ear around neck, up the middle of the lip? Just wondering about healing process.

    Yay! That's great news!
Yay! That's great news! And, isn't it great how a vacation can take your mind off of even the thought of cancer? We've had some great getaway weekends during Jeff's treatment where he was able to forget about everything that was going on. (Except for the time when we went to a park and accidentally ran into the ACS Relay for Life)
