Brain mets
Give the antibiotics time to work. If the spots disappear with time and meds that should indicate that it is not a stage 4 cancer. This disease spreads along a fairly predictable path. Usually it goes to the liver and brain first. I am crossing my fingers for you both that the brain spots disappear. -

For right now keep taking the meds for the brain and try not to worry about anything else until they know for sure. I know it is hard not to worry but sometimes the worrying can make you sick.
Wishing you well
