synovail sarcoma of the hand

My sister was diagnosed with synovial sarcoma and had to have part of her left hand removed. She went to oncologist today and was told that she will need 6 rounds of chemo with 4 days of inpatient chemo every 21 days, along with localized radiation. I am concerned for her because she lives in Mississippi and is on Medicaid. They wont cover any rehabilitation for her hand and are trying to locate a sarcoma specialist around her area. They really wanted to send her to Houston, TX, but they dont take Medicaid. I am so afraid that she wont recieve the medical care she deserves because she is low income. She just had a baby 3 months ago and has a 2 year old. I had to fly my daughter out there to help her with her children after the amputation to help. I need to know if there is any help her any where. Please let me know if some one has any information.

Thank you,
Desperate
