Hershey, Pennsylvania meeting

Just a reminder that a lot of the northeast girls are meeting in Hershey, PA on Saturday, October 20th. Some are doing the Chocolate Spa during the day, others are shopping and some are just going to chill. However, we are all getting together for dinner Saturday evening. Some of us plan on going to the Hershey chocolate factory on Sunday before we leave.

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hershey Lodge for Friday and/or Saturday night. The rate is $189 plus tax per night. Lili and I are rooming together to cut the cost. If you are thinking about going, but still unsure, you can still make a reservation. You have until 72 hours before arrival to cancel it. Sue & Char are staying outside Hershey with their husbands.

To reserve a room call 1-800-533-3131 and tell them you are with the CSN Sisters in Pink group. If you are looking for a room mate or someone to carpool with, just let me know, or just post here.

    Yes, it is October 29th!!!!! Sorry for the wrong date. Not sure if it was my typing or chemo brain. LOL.

    Still planning on coming and
    now that I'm back from our vacation trip I'll work on those discount coupon books for the outlets. I'm hoping they'll consider us a tour group and give us the same books they give bus groups. I'll paly the survivor card if I have to just so we can get some bargins.

    Jean,

    My dad died suddenly and very unexpectedly. He lived in Florida so I had to go there for a week, then we buryhim in Arlington National Cemetery in August just a week after I have to take my daughter to Eastern softball nationals in Salem, VA. So themoney I had earmarked for the trip got used and I won't be able to attend. Have a great time and relax.

    I'll be there Saturday if that is when you are all planning the spa trip and dinner. I'm not staying overnight since I live fairly close. I can come in on Friday if others will be there then. Can't wait to meet everybody! Hugs, Linda

    Hey Linda,
    Saturday is the day that we are planning to get together. I will be doing the spa thing. Others are shopping, etc. We plan for everyone to get together for dinner on Saturday.

    Here is the list that I have of those that will be coming so far: Jean, Lili, Linda, Sue, Char, Margo, Penny, Bunny Jane, and Skipper 54, and Waffle8. If I forgot anyone, let me know.

    Oh, girls--sounds like a blast!
    Wish I could be a part of it. However, since I wasn't able to travel last year, this year has been booked with travel. We've already taken the cruise, I've spent 2 weeks with my mom in NY and we have more family travel plans in September and November, I'm afraid it just won't be possible for me. I will definitely be there in "pink spirit."

    My hair came back in close to the original color but I'm thinking a pink stripe for October. Whatcha think? Would we totally freak out the folks at Hershey?
