en bloc chestwall resection

Is there anyone in this group who has had an en bloc chestwall resection with pulmonectomy or lobectomy and rib removal? I had this done in January 2011 for what was originally call Stage IIIB NSCLC. I had 6 weeks of chemo and radiation first with some shrinkage of the tumor which was rated as a T4. By the time of surgery I was a stage IIB and 6 months later am cancer free.
