retail therapy

Ok, for some reason, I have been in the shopping mood. I have been fairly good (mostly), we are not in debt yet. Is it just boredom? Some freaky chemo brain thing? Menopause?
I need something to blame!
On the upside, I got a great deal on my Christmas china and it is made in the USA!

    Shop till you Drop! That is my motto & I am sticking with it!
    The only thing I blame is ME! lol I love to go shopping and I don't always buy something for myself! Love to buy gifts for anyone and everyone. I am surprised I am not called " The Gift Lady ". Well, not yet anyway. lol

    Ofcourse I go to lunch a lot with my girlfriends and even my hubby, so, I am out and about a lot. And, shopping just naturally goes with lunch, doesn't it? lol

    Congrats on getting the good deal on your china and you just shop till you drop!

    Love me some "retail therapy"
    I love to shop~the malls, the outlet malls, antique stores, thrift stores, garage sales!! Sometimes I buy and get thrilled over the deals out there, other times it is just nice to be out, enjoy a good coffee or beverage, and just mozey thru the stores and look~
    I especially enjoy the quaint shops that have unique items that are hidden away in an out of the way part of town~ You just never know what you are going to find!
    I can go with a girlfriend~or I can go alone~
    Up here in the Northwest, it is nice to do on a rainy day in the fall~

    I use any and all excuses to shop--love it! I'm so weird, I even love grocery shopping--I can get my Starbucks and spend hours in the grocery store. People think I'm nuts.

    uh...
    My ex used to call me Molly for my intense shopping mall habit! Funny how I'd forgotten all about that till this thread..I rarely go shopping these days.

    I know what you mean. I find myself wondering our town going to the little shops. I love it. Just can't afford to do it every week like I would like to do. LOL You can find some really good deals though.

    It is when it becomes addictive and you end up in debt then it is not so good.

    ps: my daughter loves it when I am in a spending mood because she gets new clothes.

    My daughter is out this
    My daughter is out this week....... We decided that the reason we spend so much when we are together is because we save our shopping time for her visits. Honestly, I can't even be on the phone with her at target or I spend more than I need to.
    Oh well, good thing I am back to work. More money and less time to spend it!
