do what you love

do what you love, if you get the chance, i am!
not been able to checkin as the internet here is difficult.
my family, friends and i are having the best adventure in fiji and are all well.
i am sad today about our anne's passing but still wanted to post how grateful i am for my current health and all the support i have had from all of you.
the weather, food, culture and scuba diving have been the best medicine for me and my family. we have all rested, exercised and relaxed.
i have done 11 days of scuba diving and 26 dives.
my body is still great for diving despite being radiated, chemod and operated.
been swimming heaps above and below the sea, remember the 53% survival boost you get if
you exercise.
still going to toilet way to often but managing somehow. with regards diving i cut the bottom out of my wetsuit and have a light pair of shorts i can pull over the wetsuit.
this means i can go on the surface and at depth. the warm salt water has been very soothing.
i have been getting back into photography, especially the underwater type which i love so much. its been a great help with forgetting i had crc hitch a ride in my body for a year. still having healthy vegetable soups with garlic, ginger, tumeric, black pepper and all the local fiji vegateables whivh are organic and so fresh.
i am also still having all my supplements and some herbal medicine. getting vitamin d from the sun. remmeber 75% risk reduction.
my friends, wife and kids have been fabulous. we are all having the best time.
doing what you love is a great way to spend your day.
I wonder what tomorrow will bring ?
I know, a shark dive with my 24-70mm lense in a very very big beautiful blue pool called the sea.
I hope you all have a truly great day today.
I know I am alive as I can see the bubbles i make, its very healthy to watch your bubbles float to the surface. I spend alot of my time underwater praying and meditating. i occaisionally run a bit low on air, but life full of risks and i am taking them!
hugs,
pete

When I visited Ephesis (sp?) in Turkey, and then to the place where Mary stayed, there was a wall to put prayers in....unless it blew away, there is one there for all of you, as well!

 Hi Kathi,
Just wanted to share that I've also been to Ephesus ("holy land" tour in 1999 of Israel, Egypt, Athens & a 3 day Greek isle cruise which also included Ephesus, Turkey- "Turkeye", as they call it there). Was amazing to visit. I know you enjoyed yourself!
