It's been a while since I've posted here... I've taken some time to read some of your stories and I am sad to see some new members have joined the discussion board. I am sorry for your families and I hope this site gives you comfort as it did for me in my time of need. No matter what your stories are there is one common theme and that is love. We as caregivers try our best to give tirelessly and with love. We may not be perfect at it, there will be days that look dark ahead but please come here often and share your stories for others to read as you never know if your light will shine bright enough for others to walk just far enough ahead to get by for the next day.
Hope can live in all our hearts, it is a human quality. We don't know what tomorrow brings so take whatever today has for you and do not borrow trouble until the door opens. I know... I did enough of it on my own. Live life to the fullest everyday that you possible can. Tell your loved ones that you love them loudly so that they can hear you, make them understand that life is in full color, that it is to be lived in seconds.
Peace to all of you.

Thanks
Thank you for your heartfelt words. I have to constantly remind myself lately that I matter too. Kim0
