I am back after week + few days...

in Breast Cancer #1
I had complete hysterctomy last Tuesday! I stayed in from Tues to Fri and I was the ONLY patient on ward for whold stay. THE nurses told me I was a princess and treated me special! They were great...I love small home town hospitals...

I had staples removed yesterday and told to be on the couch or bed most of my time! So I did go out and buy myself and NET book to keep in contact...

    I am glad to hear everything went well with ur surgery!!! I had hysterectomy 5 years ago... now I am glad I did it then ;)) Take your time and enjoy that resting time ;)) and yes you are a princess and special ;)

    everyone who offers something..i say do not say if dont' mean it since I will take you up..

    so far i have...sis in law set up my new net book, friend brought me lunch, daughter at laundrmat doing comforters I have done NOTHING>>>>nodda,zippo...other then ordering food to be delivered....I am hoping in about a week i'll be much better...Dr office and Hospital staff said I was doing really well for my stage of the came...

    I try each time to listen to the DRs..and this time even more...now since 51 yrs old healing etc..takes a bit longer...and I have wised up..with age...

    I am still on FB but can't go on at work of course and only my blackberry-I just got my brand new net book (using now). I treated myself to netbook since stuck home for 5 wks...

    I LOVE IT>>>so i'll be on more now..

    one week tomorrow...on my couch 20 yrs daily
    I sit at end of couch...nice picture window..cool breeze...remote, cell phone and net book within reach----good to go...friends and family have come to visit...but getting old...i am thankful I have more then enough sick time..so i'll sit back and enjoy the quiet..(my grandson live with us..ages 4 &6 so school hours so peaceful..hehe lol
