Lori called me today and she is having a very difficult time as any of us would be. I told her I would pass on her words as best I could. Her son is in the hospital again after numerous admits this past year. She doesn't often talk about her son but I know some of you will remember from December how hard of a time she had then. Her son is in ICU and has the possibility of not making it out this time, has signed his wishes if things turn in that direction. Lori has really devoted her life to making her son's life the best he can have and now she is having to deal with the possibility of saying a goodbye to him. This on top of working through her cancer situation. I have never lost a child although I have 2 dear friends that have and being that close to the situation tears at my heart for them. I don't really know what else to say except that this exceptional lady needs our love, care, and support right now.

    Thank you for letting us know. Lori has way too much on her plate and has been such a support to everyone. I hope for the best possible outcome for her son and will be thinking of her.

    Lori, I wish so much that things take care of themselves in the manner you'd like. Although sometimes they do and sometimes they don't, in time all will be well again...with love, hope, and prayer..............Clift

    I will keep you and your precious son in my prayers. You are an amazing mother and I know you love your son with every inch of your being. I hope and pray that he can find some rest in the next few days. That he can be comfortable.
