I can't handle all this stress. It's too much. I feel broken. I need icecream and bed.

Stress is difinitely a powerful thing. It doesn't matter what causes it. If it goes on for to long it really tears you down to the point you do not know what to do. Stress starts in our minds and builds from there. Please try to calm yourself down as much as possible. The stress will not solve anything only make things worse. I know its so easy to say ,but its all you can do at this point.I am sure all will work out fine in the end.Just remember we are all here for you. John(FNHL-1-4A-5/10)

Hi Beth,
It's just a temporary fix, but chocolate always makes me feel better...light chocolate, not the dark. If it has carmel added to it, then all the better. I'm so sorry the stress of getting the SCT is getting you down. It would scare me too. Do you have any appointments or tests going on this week? I'll keep good thoughts coming your way..we are always here for you.
Love...Sue (FNHL-2-3A-6/10)

It's a very powerful word.I had one of those days myself yesterday. It actually was my family falling apart, and guess what I did took myself for ice cream. That was dinner, salad and ice cream. What a combo.Pain stresses me and today is one hell of a painful day.Treatment must be working.Hope you feel better.Michele

Thanks guys. I am a little better today. Kind of lost it a little bit last night. Every time I turned around I was in tears. I hate this feeling of helplessness. I just want to get this started.

Oh Beth,

I am so glad you posted your desperate plea. Get it out, all of it. You are not alone.
At one time or another, we have all been there. No matter what causes the stress and pain, it can be unbearable. Please get some help from your doctor. An anti-depressent, or something to calm you down. You need something to get you through this hurdle. It is not good for you to suffer like this. This stress will pull down you immmune system further.

Just remember we have all been where you are now. It will and can get better. See your doctor immediately.

All my love Maggie

Beth,

I'm so sorry that you hurt so badly. It sounds like how I felt right after I got sick, but before my exact diagnosis and treatment plan. I can't imagine getting through those feelings again. Worrying about the bone marrow must be a very heavy load in and of itself. I feel so badly for you. Hugs your way, Kellie
