My wife and I will be walking up 40 flights of stairs as part of an awareness campaign about exercise in the workplace. One of the local news stations caught wind that my wife was diagnosed with stage iv lung cancer. They interviewed us today. They will do a story tonight and tomorrow. Ill post the link to the interview when I get it. wish us luck... my wife will probably do fine, but I may need her assistance. |

Wish you and your wife the best on the stair climb, I can't do one flight without becoming winded.

we made it
We made it up the 40 stories. My wife has a cold, and her chemo has kept her stamina down so it took her 20 minutes... that about 5 minutes slower that when she did it three years ago.... I should have the interview this week.

Four flights would be nice for me !!!!
Actually, afer just getting over my two month wrath of what docs called strepoccus pneumonia with empyhema in right lung, complicated by my LC and COPD, I finally could probably do the 40 flights.
