Just read an article posted in your Tuesday's Adelaide Now, titled:"Unsexy cancer snubbed" which states that ".....Australian oncologists were still not able to give their patients access to a drug called Erbitux." Is that true?

    I am from Australia and my father's oncologist suggested he be tested for KRAS and if the results come back that he can try Erbitux he will:)

    Good ....
    and hopefully regardless of KRAS results (wild,mutated)your father responds well to treatment provided, be it Erbitux or Vectibix....

    I asked the question because I think England doesn't endorse Avastin.......steve

    Your right...
    England does not yet cover Avastin, it's a real shame.

    Thanks for the well wishes, I hope he can have Erbitux as the studies I've read have been remarkable:)
