Hi Cindy,
I know that you are waiting for the results of your thyroid biopsy. How are thins going? I am a little worried.
I hope you are not buried in a snow bank and trying to dig your way out.All this snow in NYC is crazy!! Just know that you remain in my thoughts and prayers.

    Sue I have not received the thyroid results yet
    Sue,

    Thanks for checking in with me. I am fine. Just getting anxious awaiting the biopsy results. It has been one week today since I had the biopsy performed-so I was expecting to have heard by now. I put in a phone message today to the thryoid surgeon's nurse to ask if my results are in. I am hoping that no news means good news, and that they just haven't called me yet. They weren't really clear about whether they would call me or if I was supposed to call and check with them. My expectation would be for them to call me.

    So I appreciate your prayers as I am worried while I wait.

    As you said, these tests we go thru' are so stressful.

    How are you doing?

    I got the results of thyroid biopsy-benign!!!!!! I am so happy and relieved.

    I am so happy for the both of us-with our thyroid status.

    We have noticed our medical experience and patterns been very similiar.

    Thank you for your cheering post!

    Like you, I will be monitored for the nodules-surgeon wants to see me back in 6 months-and I will have an ultrasound.

    For now, I can sigh with relief as you mentioned.
