I have
Been on both together and also erbitux by itself. It's done a very good job with keeping tumors in my lungs small and/or stable. I've been on those for probably about 4 years. I don't have too many skin issues from erbitux other than dry cracked skin and a mild rash now (it was worse when I started it) and I would get cramping from the other one (CPT11).
A good combo in my opinion.
Best of luck with it

Hi Sherry,
My husband is on
Hi Sherry,
My husband is on Erbitux, Irinotecan and Avastin. He experiences a rash, hair loss, and unpredictable constipation/ diarhea. He also has issues with the sides of his toenails filling with fluid while he is on erbitux. Other than that it has been ok for him to handle. I hope this combo works well for you!

Hi Sherry,
My husband is on both Irinotecan and Erbitux. He hasn't had too much of a problem - dry skin, some skin rashes and mouth sores - and has had a very good response.
Best of luck!
Donna
