2 month scan update

My husbands 2 month scan update showed no growth and his two liver mets were stable in size and one decreased by almost 1/2. YEAH!
When he took a six week break from chemo in July, two of his mets showed a minimal increase in growth on his scan in Sept along with a jump in CEA.
Since his scan showed growth in Sept we did a no processed sugar diet, sat in a MWO chair, and continued chemo with Avastin, Erbitux, and CPT11, rather than FOLFIRI. The nurse took his CEA today and gave him the full chemo regimen since he's feeling better. I'm wondering what the numbers will show since he took a 3 week break from chemo. He was having issues with his toe and an awful infected rash with the Erbitux.
Anyway we're happy with the scan. I was hoping for a miracle, but a decrease in size is good. His bloodwork was excellent. Now since he has started the herbs, it will be interesting to see what the scans will look like in the spring.
Hope you have a great weekend!
