My Favorite Insurance Stalling Tactics

I have been dealing with this all morning. I don't really get upset anymore because I realize what it is.

1. You need to fill out this form stating whether you have another insurance and we are going to deny anything that comes in, until you do.

2. Docs that you have been using all of a sudden become Out of Network.
