Surgeries, that is. Got the new port placed this AM. I woke up before he had completely finsihed up the procedure! He said, "Well....I guess you can skip recovery."

I'm good until after the first of the year (I hope).

    I was awake the entire time!
    I was awake the entire time! Apparently they gave me enough versaid (sp?) to down a horse, but it didn't keep me asleep! All I felt was pressure though. I hope you didn't feel any pain!

    I remember waking up during my tonsilectomy when I was only 12 years old! It's creepy. But I'm glad to hear you're done with this. I'll pray that you continue on an upward swing. Sending lots of love, hugs & prayers!

    'Glad all went well and you have that other nasty alien out of your system. I don't think there is any other way to go than a port. I had to have a "real" needle test in my arm today and it freaked me out!
