Well family...my CT shows main tumor is reduced 60% but PET in 3 months will really eliminate the variable of dead tissue, scar tissue etc and my 1st line treatment will have been complete by a month.
However...my chest lymph nodes are stable (meaning chemo and rad. did not work to shrink them, but they did not get worse either !!).
Onc is boosting by 15% the carbo due to me handling treatment better than expected and this is a chance to be more agressive. Sounds good to me.
So.....Keep you all posted !!!
ps...was up 24 hrs straight due to steriods prior and after my weekly chemo...I am going (try) to nap now!
