Today is the day....going to Fox Chase Cancer Center

The day is finally here, I am going to Fox Chase Cancer Center for a second opinion. They just opened a wing for Inflammatory Breast Cancer and a doc, Dr Massimo Cristofanelli, who is a specialist in IBC just came there from MD Anderson in Houston. I was accepted as a patient, and he will see me at 2pm. I have all my records to bring to him, I can't wait to meet him. I have been doing well on my treatment plan right now, so i am a little anxious if I switch doctors, but i need more information and a concrete plan, my onc seems to have a "we'll wait and see attitude." But i feel like this is a good choice! I know that today is going to be a good day. Lets sing together,

    You should be excited! There are so many new treatments and a great deal of new research going on now that this new doctor could provide you with. Stay excited!
